- Fresh salmon
- Fennel
- Pumpkin
- Lentils
- Cream
- Turmeric
- Black, green and red pepper
- Mustard
- Fish pepper
- Rose salt
Salmon Directions
Marinate the salmon in water, rose salt and fish peppers for 1 hour.
Roast the green, red and black peppers and grind well.
Place the salmon on butter paper and put it on a tray to steam the fish for 35 minutes.
Pumpkin and Lentils Directions
Cut the pumpkin in cubes and fry with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Fry the lentils in butter.
Put the lentils over the pumpkin and season.
Fennel Sauce Directions
Cut the fennel and fry in olive oil. Mix the fried fennel with salt, pepper, turmeric, water and cream.
