Ingredients

Directions

Fry the salmon in olive oil for 7 minutes.

Mince the onion and then fry.

Fry the spinach leaves in olive oil with salt and pepper.

Boil the cream with grinded almonds.

Directions

Cut the salmon and fry in olive oil. Place in the oven.

Boil the broccoli and then chop with mint.

Slice the apples and combine with spinach.

Ingredients

  • Fresh salmon
  • Fennel
  • Pumpkin
  • Lentils
  • Cream
  • Turmeric
  • Black, green and red pepper
  • Mustard
  • Fish pepper
  • Rose salt

Salmon Directions

Marinate the salmon in water, rose salt and fish peppers for 1 hour.

Roast the green, red and black peppers and grind well.

Place the salmon on butter paper and put it on a tray to steam the fish for 35 minutes.

Pumpkin and Lentils Directions

Cut the pumpkin in cubes and fry with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Fry the lentils in butter.

Put the lentils over the pumpkin and season.

Fennel Sauce Directions

Cut the fennel and fry in olive oil. Mix the fried fennel with salt, pepper, turmeric, water and cream.

  • Red cabbage
  • Baklava dough
  • Potatoes
  • Cream
  • Milk
  • Beetroot
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dill
  • Thyme

Directions

Marinate the salmon in olive oil, garlic, salt and parsley.

Boil the red cabbage.

Wrap the salmon in red cabbge and baklava dough. Fry and then place in the oven.

Boil the beetroot and then grind. Drain well to extract the juice and mix with milk, cream, vanilla and butter.

Boil the potatoes in the water used to boil the red cabbage. Then mash with butter.

Directions

Boil the pumpkin.

Mash the cooked pumpkin with salt and pepper.

Grill the salmon.

Mash melon with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Garnish with cherry oranges.

  • Cumin
  • Pumpkin
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Carrots
  • Butter
  • Olive oil

Directions

Boil the punpkin and mix with star anise, garlic, onion, bay leaf and balck pepper.

Mix the pumpkin mix in a blender with garlic.

Mash star anise with cumin and coriander.

Grill the salmon.

Boil the carrots and then mash with butter.

Ingredients

  • Japanese rice
  • Rice vinegar
  • White sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Water
  • Avocado
  • Salmon
  • Pomegranate
  • Nori sheet
  • Tuna
  • Soy
  • Ginger
  • Sesame oil
  • Cooked shrimp
  • Lemon
  • Wasabi

Directions

Mix 1 ½ cup of Japanese rice with rice vinegar and cook on low heat.

Maki directions

Cover the nori sheet with cooked rice and add salmon, avocado and pomegranate.  Roll and slice.

Sashimi directions

For the sauce, mince the ginger and place in a pot with 4 spoons of sesame oil, soy and sugar on high heat.

Spread the rice on a bamboo mat and roll.

Mix ginger with wasabi. Add the mixture with shrimp on top of the rolled rice.

Ingredients

  • Japanese rice
  • Water
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Salmon
  • Tuna fish
  • Shrimp
  • Avocado
  • Wasabi
  • Soy sauce
  • Caviar

Directions

Cook the rice in a rice cooker with vinegar and sugar.

Slice the tuna and serve with soy sauce.

Cover the nori sheet with rice. Roll and slice.

Place the shrimp on top of every slice. Garnish with caviar.

Ingredients

  • Sushi rice
  • Nori sheet
  • Rice vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Shrimp
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Philadelphia cheese
  • Green onions
  • Chili pepper
  • Smoked salmon
  • Crab

Maki directions

Cover the nori sheet with rice and add shrimp and slices of cucumber, green onions, Philadelphia cheese and chili pepper. Roll.

Nigiri directions

Cover the nori sheet with rice, stuff with crab and roll.

Salmon sashimi directions

Slice the fresh salmon into large pieces. Serve with soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Japanese rice
  • Avocado
  • Vinegar rice
  • Sesame oil
  • Sugar
  • Shrimp
  • Salmon
  • Crab
  • Green onions
  • Nori sheet

Directions

Cook the rice in a rice cooker (1 1/4 cup of water for every cup of rice).

Add 2 spoons of vinegar rice, 2 spoons of sesame oil, salt and sugar to the rice when coked.

Cover the nori sheet with cooked rice and add shrimp or crab and green onions. Roll the sheet.
