Ingredients

  • Finely ground beef
  • Bulgur
  • Pine nuts
  • Walnuts
  • Cashew
  • Pistachio
  • Parsley
  • Tahina
  • Yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Hale
  • Onion powder

Directions

Soak bulgur wheat in cold water. Remove and drain.  combine with meat, parsley, salt, pepper and paprika.

For the kebbeh stuffing, fry the nuts and then add them to the meat. Mix with cumin, hale, paprika, salt and pepper.

For the sauce, mix the yogurt with garlic, tahina, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.

Ingredients

  • Avocado
  • Lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Parsley

Dressing Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • White vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic

Directions

Blend the avocado with olive oil and parsley.

For the dressing, mix all ingredients together.

Place the mashed avocado in the middle of the plate with the lettuce covering it and the cherry tomatoes surrounding it. Pour the dressing over it.

  • Beef fillet
  • Onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Potatoes
  • red and green pepper
  • Zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Cream
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sugar

Directions

Fry the beef fillet.

Chop the onions and mushrooms and fry them.

Slice the potatoes and fry in oil. Season with salt.

Fry the red and green peppers and zucchini in olive oil.

Dough Ingredients

  • Flour
  • Water
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and leave the dough to rest for 45 minutes.

Sauce Ingredients

  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Chop the onions and fry.

Mix the fried onions with  tomatoes, garlic, parsley and tomato paste. Leave until cooked.

Filling Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Mushroom
  • Tuna
  • Rocket leaves
  • Caviar
  • Mozarella
  • Ginger
  • Lemon

Directions

Chop the onions and mushrooms.

Mix the tune with olive oil, garlic, ginger and lemon.

Pizza Directions

Roll out the dough.

Spread the sauce and place the toppings on it.

Place in the oven for 10 minutes.

  • Salmon
  • Red cabbage
  • Baklava dough
  • Potatoes
  • Cream
  • Milk
  • Beetroot
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dill
  • Thyme

Directions

Marinate the salmon in olive oil, garlic, salt and parsley.

Boil the red cabbage.

Wrap the salmon in red cabbge and baklava dough. Fry and then place in the oven.

Boil the beetroot and then grind. Drain well to extract the juice and mix with milk, cream, vanilla and butter.

Boil the potatoes in the water used to boil the red cabbage. Then mash with butter.

  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Lemon
  • Ginger
  • Green olives
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley
  • Potatoes

Directions

Stuff the chicken with mushrooms.

Dice the onions and fry with the stuffed chicken in olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and ginger. Add chicken stock.

Add parsley and green olives to the chicken.

Fry the potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pumpkin
  • Carrots
  • Cantaloupe
  • Cherry orange

Directions

Boil the pumpkin.

Mash the cooked pumpkin with salt and pepper.

Grill the salmon.

Mash melon with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Garnish with cherry oranges.

  • Chickpeas

  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • Sumac
  • Parsley
  • Bread
  • Butter
  • Tomato

Directions

Place the boiled chickpeas and tahina in a food processor and process until combined well. Add to the mixture lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Peel the tomatoes and fry with olive oil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the bread, melt the butter and spread all over the bread. Place in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Black mushrooms
  • Potatoes
  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions

Boil the potatoes and add olive oil, salt and pepper.

Soak the black mushroom in water.

Fry the mushrooms in oil with salt and pepper.

Boil an egg for 30 seconds.

Take the yolk from the egg and pour it on the mushrooms.

Stuff a layer of potato with egg yolk and mushrooms and then roll.

Cover the potatoes with the remaining egg yolk and garnish the plate with mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Rice
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar rice
  • Mango
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Smoked trout

Directions

Cook the rice in a rice cooker with sugar and rice vinegar.

Shrimp Nigiri directions

Spread the rice on a bamboo mat and roll. Place a shrimp on top of the rolled rice.

Add wasabi for flavor.

Sashimi directions

Place the raw fish in a plate and serve with ginger and wasabi.
