Fried salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • Spinach
  • Onion
  • Cream
  • Olive paste
  • Basil

Directions

Fry the salmon in olive oil for 7 minutes.

Mince the onion and then fry.

Fry the spinach leaves in olive oil with salt and pepper.

Boil the cream with grinded almonds.

Endives salad

Ingredients

  • Endives
  • Roquefort cheese
  • Griffon
  • Olive oil
  • Almonds

Directions

Squeeze the grapefruit and get the juice. Mix the juice with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Roast the alonds and then grind.

Dip the endives in the sauce and then place on the plate. Add roquefort cheese, roasted almonds and grided almonds.

  • Green apples
  • Broccoli
  • Olive oil
  • Mint
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Cut the salmon and fry in olive oil. Place in the oven.

Boil the broccoli and then chop with mint.

Slice the apples and combine with spinach.

Rocket salad

Ingredients

  • Rocket leaves
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Apple vinegar
  • Mustard
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Slice the cucumbers and tomatoes. Place on the plate with the rocket leaves and spinach in the middle. Sprinkle with grated paremesan.

For the sauce, mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar, apple vinegar and mustard.

Shrimp risotto


Ingredients

  • Risotto rice
  • Minced onions
  • Garlic
  • Wild thyme
  • Shrimp broth
  • Shrimps
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

Fry the onion, garlic and thyme in oil for a minute.

Add the risotto roce to the frying mixture and stir. Then add shrimp broth and parmesan cheese. Stir well and leave to cook for approximately 18 minutes.

Fry the shrimps in oil, butter and some wild thyme.

Italian salad

Ingredients

  • Italian lettuce
  • Endives
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Mozarella cheese
  • Salami
  • Chives

Dressing Ingredients

  • Mustard
  • Olive oil
  • Chili
  • Wild thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • White vinegar

Directions

Whisk together the dressing ingredients.

Place all the vegetables in a plate.

Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.

Ingredients

  • Toasted bread
  • Pomegranate
  • Walnuts
  • Pine nuts
  • Lettuce
  • Radish
  • Purslane
  • Thyme
  • Rocket leaves
  • Tomatoes

Dressing Ingredients

  • Lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Pomegranate sauce

Directions

Whisk the dressing ingredients together.

Chop all the vegetables, place in a plate and pour the dressing over it.
